Requirements

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required

Job Summary
- The Private Cook will be responsible for preparing high quality daily meals for a private villa, including authentic Arabic, Emirati, Indian, Middle Eastern, and selected international dishes.
- The role requires strong culinary skills, menu planning, and the ability to cater to both family and staff meals.
- The cook must maintain exceptional hygiene standards and deliver meals that meet the family’s taste and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook daily meals for the family, focusing on Arabic, Emirati, Indian, Middle Eastern, and international cuisine.
- Prepare daily staff meals according to schedule.
- Plan weekly menus based on family preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure all meals are fresh, healthy, and well presented.
- Manage kitchen supplies, grocery shopping, and inventory control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and storage areas.
