Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook daily meals for the family, focusing on Arabic, Emirati, Indian, Middle Eastern, and international cuisine.
• Prepare daily staff meals according to schedule.
• Plan weekly menus based on family preferences, dietary needs, and seasonal ingredients.
• Ensure all meals are fresh, healthy, and well-presented.
• Manage kitchen supplies, grocery shopping, and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and storage areas.
• Prepare food for guests, gatherings, and special occasions.
• Assist with outdoor cooking, BBQs, and traditional dishes (e.g., mandi, kabsa, harees, machboos).
• Ensure strict hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Work independently and adapt to changing daily requirements.
• **Prepare daily meals for the family and also prepare staff food according to the schedule and requirements.**

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Private Cook or Chef in a private household, villa, or farmhouse.
• Excellent knowledge of Arabic, Middle Eastern, Indian, and international dishes.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• High level of cleanliness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

• Culinary diploma or certification (optional but preferred).
• Experience working in private villas or households.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of cuisines.
