- Prepare daily meals for the family, focusing on authentic and healthy South Indian cuisine
- Create and serve a variety of Asian dishes, including Vietnamese, Thai, and other regional specialties
- Plan menus in consultation with the family, accommodating dietary preferences and nutritional requirements
- Source, purchase, and manage groceries and kitchen inventory
- Maintain exceptional standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organization
- Prepare meals for family gatherings and occasional guests
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations and proper storage of ingredients
- Present dishes to a high standard suitable for a luxury private household
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Household Chef, or in luxury hospitality environments
- Strong expertise in South Indian cuisine
- Experience preparing Asian cuisines, particularly Vietnamese and Thai dishes
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen management
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
- Previous experience serving UHNW or high profile families preferred

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced and professional Private Chef to join a UHNW family based in Victory Heights, Dubai.
- The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in South Indian cuisine as a primary requirement, along with the ability to prepare a variety of Asian cuisines, including Vietnamese, Thai, and other Southeast Asian specialties.
- The chef should be personable, well presented, adaptable, and experienced in serving private households while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and discretion.
