  • Seeking an experienced and highly organized Female House Manager to oversee daily operations and long term maintenance of a private residence.
  • Ideal candidate will be proactive, detail oriented, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Requires high degree of discretion, professionalism, and ability to manage various aspects of household administration, staff, and events.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of daily household operations, ensuring the residence is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
  • Supervise, train, and manage household staff, including cleaners, chefs, gardeners, and nannies, ensuring schedules are adhered to and performance meets expectations.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor household budgets, track expenses, and handle petty cash, providing regular financial reports to the principal(s).
  • Coordinate and oversee all household maintenance, repairs, and renovations, liaising with contractors and ensuring timely completion and quality of work.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and procure household supplies, groceries, and personal items as needed.
  • Plan, organize, and execute private events, dinner parties, and social gatherings, including guest lists, catering, decorations, and logistics.
  • Maintain comprehensive household inventories, including valuable collections, art, and personal belongings.
  • Handle personal errands, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks for the principal(s) with utmost efficiency and discretion.
  • Implement and maintain household systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and organization.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy for the principal(s) and all household affairs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all household related matters, demonstrating excellent problem solving skills.
