**Salary:** Starting from AED 5,000 (depending on experience, skills, and performance)
Job Description
We are looking for a professional and experienced Private Villa Chef with a strong background in luxury hospitality and fine dining.
The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of culinary experience and previous employment in reputable 5-star hotels.
The candidate should be able to prepare high-quality meals with excellent presentation standards suitable for a luxury villa environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of professional Chef experience
- Previous experience in recognized 5-star hotels is mandatory
- Must provide proof of previous employment and experience certificates
- Excellent food presentation and plating skills
- Strong knowledge of international and healthy cuisine
- Ability to maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a private villa environment
- Flexible and capable of handling VIP service standards
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily meals with high-quality presentation
- Plan and organize menus according to client preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Purchase and manage kitchen inventory when required
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and proper kitchen operations
- Deliver professional and personalized dining service for villa residents and guests
