Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and assist them professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about our luxury vehicle inventory.
- Schedule showroom visits and test drives.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate customer records.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or similar role.
- Experience working in a luxury car dealership or with luxury automotive brands is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of luxury and supercar brands is preferred.
- Pleasing personality with professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an advantage).
- Customer focused, organized, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
