- Design weekly meal plans, incorporating variety, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients
- Maintain an immaculate kitchen, ensuring top hygiene standards and food safety
- Source fresh ingredients; manage pantry, inventory, and grocery purchases
- Prepare for private events or family gatherings as needed
- Offer international cuisines, with strong skills in Indian, Continental, and other global cuisines
- Accommodate special dietary requirements (e.g., gluten free, keto, vegan)
- Clean up after meals and ensure the kitchen is tidy and sanitized at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a 5 star hotel or fine dining kitchen
- Culinary certification or diploma from a reputed institute (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of nutrition, food safety, and kitchen hygiene
- Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of household privacy
- Flexibility in working hours and availability on weekends/special occasions
- Spoken English proficiency
