- Acquire new corporate customers and open new customer accounts
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure retention

- Identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling across the product portfolio
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team sales performance

- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, contracts, and sales documentation
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development
- Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Bakery, Hospitality, or Retail industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Valid UAE Driving License mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems preferred

Job Purpose
- The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving corporate sales growth by acquiring new business, managing and retaining existing corporate accounts, introducing new product ranges, achieving sales targets, ensuring timely collections, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities Strategy
- Support the execution of the corporate sales strategy to achieve business growth and revenue objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop corporate accounts across assigned territories.
- Promote the complete range of Mister Baker products and introduce new product launches.
Sales & Business Development
- Acquire new corporate customers and open new customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand business requirements and strengthen partnerships.
- Generate sales through proactive prospecting, client meetings, presentations, and follow ups.
- Identify opportunities for cross selling and upselling across the product portfolio.
- Introduce new projects and business initiatives in line with company objectives.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team sales performance.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit regular sales reports.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service and professional communication.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently by coordinating with internal departments.
- Monitor customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers within client organizations.
Collections & Administration
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivables.
- Coordinate with the finance department to resolve payment related issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
Experience Requirement
- 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Business Development.
- Experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Bakery, Hospitality, or Retail industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing corporate accounts.
Qualification and License Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems is preferred.
