What you will do:
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end printing process to achieve production, quality, yield, and operational KPI targets.
- Provide technical ownership for printing machines, inspection equipment, sorting machines, and associated support systems.
- Investigate and resolve printing quality issues, quality deviations, and customer complaints through root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
- Execute preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Coordinate spare parts planning, procurement requests (PRs), and inventory management to support maintenance and overhauling activities.
- Lead PCM activities, size changeovers, equipment guarding reviews, and process performance monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement (CI) projects focused on productivity, efficiency, quality enhancement, and cost optimization.
What we are looking for:
Strong experience in printing equipment, manufacturing operations, machine maintenance, and troubleshooting within a regulated production environment.
Proven knowledge of printing processes, quality systems, preventive maintenance methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
Experience managing equipment reliability, spare parts planning, overhauls, and maintenance execution.
Demonstrated capability in investigation of process deviations, root cause analysis, and CAPA implementation.
Understanding of EHS requirements, risk assessment, machine guarding, and workplace safety standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues and deliver sustainable solutions.
