Principal Technical Program Manager, Datacenter End-to-End Build Delivery

Provide guidance to cross-divisional teams and stakeholders, implementing processes to ensure alignment in program delivery for complex capital programs. Oversee the tracking, coordination, and communication of project schedules, ensuring accountability for dependencies, timely execution, and issue mitigation across teams. Drive the integration of best practices and state-of-the-art tools for program management, including adopting automation and performance metrics to optimize build delivery. Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field AND 6+ years of experience managing large-scale physical infrastructure or capital projects, including construction, commissioning, scheduling, or project execution within data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial environments, or large-scale real estate development; OR equivalent experience. 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field AND 12+ years of experience managing large-scale physical infrastructure or capital projects, including construction, commissioning, scheduling, or project execution within data centers, mission-critical facilities, industrial environments, or large-scale real estate development; OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Proven leadership of large physical infrastructure or capital projects involving buildings and facilities. Demonstrates deep subject matter expertise on key functional areas of engineering, procurement, construction, mechanical, electrical, networking, and building automation systems. Comfortable working at the Executive level within a highly matrixed organization.
