This is a senior technical authority role responsible for architecture design, integration strategy, and production go-live execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end integration architecture for enterprise customers
- Own complex CRM and system integrations (Zoho, Salesforce, custom CRMs)
- Lead API integrations, webhooks, event streaming, and data sync workflows
- Drive enterprise implementation from technical scoping to production rollout
- Identify integration risks early and mitigate proactively
- Act as final technical escalation point for strategic accounts
- Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering on edge-case requirements
- Engage with CTOs and enterprise IT teams as senior technical authority Required Skills & Experience:
