Role Overview
Equinix's Digital Innovation Office is seeking a Principal Software Engineer - Marketing to lead and support key Marketing Technology transformation initiatives, including the Lead-to-Cash (LTC) cutover, consent and privacy architecture (Salesforce Privacy Center, Adobe AEM, GDPR consent withdrawal), Salesforce Data Cloud, MCAE-to-Marketing Cloud Advanced migration, and broader CRM modernization.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to drive complex, regulated initiatives from design through implementation and support. You will operate as a senior individual contributor and technical lead — architecting solutions and building them, not just overseeing them.
