Responsibilities:
- Lead complex full-stack design, development, architectural and implementation decisions – ensuring performant, high quality and scalable software delivery
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to create simple and sustainable software architectures and solutions for complex problems
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for escalated issues.
- Review code and ensure adherence to architectural and coding standards.
- Mentor engineers through technical leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement in team development practices.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality software via test automation; assisting with manual testing as required.
- Engage in the agile software development process by adhering to and advancing the CRD scrum methodology, including attending all daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with global teams on platform initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Recommended Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Recommended Experience:
- 12+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with React and Java; C# experience a bonus.
- Experience designing distributed systems.
- Experience leveraging AI tools as part of routine development and work activities
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in financial services is a plus.
