Alpha Data Operations Lead, Managing Director

Extensive senior leadership experience within investment operations, data operations, asset servicing, or front-to-back investment platforms, with accountability for complex global services and data integrity at scale.

Demonstrated success leading global, multi-location organisations and senior leadership teams through operating model change, transformation, and sustained performance improvement.

Deep experience in regulated financial services, with executive accountability for operational risk, controls, audits, regulatory engagement, and material issue remediation.

Strong understanding of front-to-back investment operations, including trading, IBOR, Security Master, data governance, reconciliations, client reporting, and downstream reporting platforms; CRIMS experience is advantageous.

Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders, clients, and strategic partners, challenge constructively, and drive decisions across organisational boundaries.

Commercial and strategic judgement, with the ability to balance client outcomes, risk, investment, capacity, and operational resilience.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; advanced or relevant professional qualifications are advantageous.
