Role Overview
DHL IT Services is seeking a Principal Frontend Software Engineer for its technology hub.
The role supports DHL Data and Analytics by creating functional, usable frontend layers for AI products.
The engineer will work with data engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, architects, and end users.
Frontend Development
- Develop new web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React or Svelte.
- Integrate APIs asynchronously to provide seamless application functionality.
- Create and maintain reusable frontend templates and components across multiple applications.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Develop standards and reusable solutions, including templates and architectures.
Delivery and Security
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms such as SSO and OAuth.
- Apply frontend security practices and security hardening to protect applications.
- Work within agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
