Basic Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role directly overseeing AI/ML or data-intensive engineering teams. Deep practical experience with the full lifecycle of building, deploying, and maintaining production-grade machine learning models (MLOps). Strong programming skills in languages such as Python and Java/C++, and familiarity with common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Proven experience designing and implementing scalable cloud-native architectures for AI applications on major platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP). Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in Crafting precise, effective prompts to guide AI models for specific outputs (e.g., text, code, images) and iterative refinement.
• Extensive experience in building custom, reusable, proactive, "context-aware" AI assistants that understand specific, recurring contexts like situational factors and technical states that consistently shape how an end user interacts with an application.
• Extensive experience in Utilizing AI to structure, clean, and analyze unstructured data for actionable insights and visualization.
• Experience in developing Agentic AI solutions for Real Time Mission Critical Audio, Video and Data Communications or closely related enterprise software industry.
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical innovation and influence organizational strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
