The Principal Research Engineer/Scientist will lead research into enterprise agents and the factors that determine real-world adoption.
Research topics include tacit knowledge, continual learning, resilience, safety, privacy, threat detection, and responsible AI.
Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives on agent knowledge, learning, resilience, safety, security, privacy, and responsible AI.
- Advance the state of the art, publish research, and test hypotheses against real deployments.
- Provide scientific leadership to cross-disciplinary teams of researchers and engineers.
- Influence technical decisions with product and engineering teams and communicate findings to executives and non-specialists.
Required qualifications
- PhD in computer science, machine learning, or a related field, or equivalent research experience.
