Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 12+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of a multi-partner investment or incentive program, including budget accountability and executive-level performance reporting.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 or a comparable enterprise ERP or CRM platform, and a working understanding of how systems integrators and ISVs build practices around them.
- Experience with ISV go-to-market motions, including marketplace and co-sell channels, and familiarity with AI agent platforms and the emerging market for industry-specific agents.
- A track record of influencing without authority across sales, engineering, marketing and finance organizations.
- Comfort building something new: taking an unproven motion from concept through pilot to a repeatable program.
- Executive presence and the communication skills to hold a business review with a partner CEO and a program review with company leadership in the same week.

- Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
