About the Role
ENEC Operations seeks a Principal Program Engineer for the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant. The role involves guiding the development, implementation, and execution of engineering programs, with a focus on HVAC, refrigeration, or thermal and fluid systems.

Responsibilities
- Guide the development, implementation, and execution of engineering programs for the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant
- Provide governance and oversight of the CRH Program and technical support for all units
- Maintain the CRH Program per applicable program plan and perform technical, schedule, and cost activities
- Monitor heat exchanger performance using appropriate efficiency and effectiveness methods
- Ensure development and maintenance of the Heat Exchanger Program
- Optimize activities and frequencies for each in scope heat exchanger through trending inspection/test data
- Provide technical guidance for design changes or temporary modifications affecting equipment under program scope
- Review PM Change for inspection and testing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering preferred)
- More than 8 years of experience
- Experience in HVAC and refrigeration or thermal and fluid systems
- Knowledge of engineering program development, governance, and oversight

Job Purpose
- Guide the development, implementation and execution of engineering programs.
- Ensure governance, oversight, and control of these programs to support safe and reliable BNPP operation.
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
- Provides governance and oversight of the CRH Program.
- Provides technical support regarding CRH Program for all units.
- Interfaces with industry on CRH issues.
- Maintains the CRH Program per applicable program plan.
- Performs technical, schedule, and cost activities associated with the CRH Program.
- Monitors heat exchanger performance through appropriate efficiency and effectiveness methods.
- Ensures development and maintenance of the Heat Exchanger Program.
- Optimizes required activities and frequencies on each in scope HX through trending inspection/test data.
- Provides technical guidance to design changes or temporary modifications influencing equipment under program scope.
- Reviews PM Change for inspection and testing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering).
- Recommended more than 8 years of experience.
