About the Role
ENEC Operations is looking for a Nuclear Specification Technical Engineer to support nuclear procurement engineering activities. The role involves developing component bills of materials, maintaining SAP data, and performing procurement evaluations.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of component Bill of Materials to ensure procurement readiness.
- Provide support for the development and maintenance of all NSE data including material masters in SAP to enable efficient inventory queries.
- Support the identification and cataloguing of critical spares to ensure all materials are accounted for in the inventory.
- Perform data collection and cleansing processes in NSE to prepare for the review and validate fidelity of records.
- Perform NPE evaluations with oversight to determine safety class, technical and quality requirements, and storage requirements for generic specifications.
- Conduct walkdowns to assist in Procurement Evaluations and to obtain as built information to support parts availability.
- Gather Data from Quality Verification Documents (QVD) for MM evaluations and compare to as installed information.
- Apply resolutions of technical discrepancies identified during material receipt inspection.
- Conduct walkdown of Inventory in Warehouse to address material issues and OSP/CSP stock duplications.
- Support Over, Short, Damage, Discrepant (OSDD) defect report resolution and Non Conformance Report (NCR) disposition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (or Equivalent) in Engineering or related Science
- 2 years of experience
- Preferably 3 years of operating commercial Nuclear Plant experience
- Member of the Charter Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS) or other procurement qualifications

Job Purpose
- Participate in the development and implementation of Nuclear Procurement Engineering (NPE) processes, policies and procedures.
- Support core engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and control) in performance of Nuclear Procurement Engineering (NPE) activities.
Catalogue Development
- Contribute to the development of component Bill of Materials to ensure procurement readiness.
- Provide support for the development and maintenance of all NSE data including material masters in SAP to enable efficient inventory queries.

Product Development
- Perform NPE evaluations with oversight provided from qualified NSE for material and services to determine the safety class, technical and quality requirements, and storage requirements for generic specifications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (or Equivalent) Degree in Engineering or related Science.
- 2 years of experience.
