The Product Leader will help establish local teams, propositions, culture, and client relationships while drawing on Thoughtworks' global product, design, engineering, data, and AI capabilities.
The role advises senior client leaders and entrepreneurial founders while leading multidisciplinary product engagements and supporting business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with C-suite and founder-level stakeholders on high-stakes rapid builds, aligning expectations, workstreams, and technical trade-offs to business outcomes.
- Move ambitious product ideas beyond pilots into production systems that deliver measurable business return on investment.
- Develop market and competitive landscapes, go-to-market strategies, business cases, and economic models for new client opportunities.
- Lead modern product development practices in autonomous cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering pods.
- Integrate AI across discovery, research, delivery, testing, and analytics throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead complex programs across multiple workstreams, owning strategy, roadmap, scope, and outcomes end to end.
- Shape client engagements, author proposals, deliver executive pitches, and run strategic discovery workshops.
- Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships into new engagements and revenue streams.
- Help scale local capabilities, foster an inclusive culture, and create case studies, points of view, and reusable frameworks.
Technical Qualifications
- At least 8 years of product leadership experience driving new product launches, commercialization, and production-scale growth of digital products and platforms.
- End-to-end experience launching net-new products through discovery, value proposition development, cross-functional delivery, go-to-market, and monetization.
- Experience using research, market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Expertise developing value propositions for digital and AI products and testing viability, feasibility, and desirability.
- Commercial experience in pre-sales, engagement structuring, unit economics, monetization, and account expansion.
- Ability to define strategy and vision at company, portfolio, and product levels and translate them into measurable roadmaps.
- Ability to advise clients on customer-centric product organizations and introduce product management, value delivery, and measurement practices.
- Fluency with AI tools and platforms for research, discovery, prototyping, specification, automated testing, and analytics.
Professional Qualifications
- Experience building relationships with C-suite executives across technology, product, business, and transformation.
- Experience with consultative selling and senior client leadership that creates trusted-advisor relationships and long-term engagements.
- Strong storytelling, negotiation, and workshop facilitation skills for demanding executive stakeholders and entrepreneurial clients.
- A collaborative builder mindset suited to multidisciplinary teams and an early-stage business environment.
- Willingness to represent the practice through conferences, industry panels, or publications.
