Principal Product Manager

Role Overview

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite and founder-level stakeholders on high-stakes rapid builds, managing expectations, workstreams, and technical trade-offs.
• Move ideas beyond pilots into production systems that deliver measurable business return while balancing desirability, feasibility, and viability.
• Develop market and competitive landscapes, go-to-market strategies, and business cases for new opportunities.
• Lead autonomous cross-functional Product, Design, and Engineering pods and integrate AI across the product lifecycle.
• Lead complex programs across workstreams, owning product strategy, roadmaps, scope, and outcomes.
• Shape client engagements, author proposals, deliver executive pitches, and run strategic discovery workshops.
• Contribute to account growth by expanding client relationships into new engagements and revenue streams.
• Help scale local capabilities, foster an inclusive culture, and develop regional case studies, points of view, and frameworks.

Technical Qualifications

• 8+ years of product leadership experience driving digital product launches, commercialization, and production-scale growth.
• End-to-end experience launching new products, including discovery, value propositions, cross-functional delivery, go-to-market, and monetization.
• Experience using market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Expertise developing value propositions for digital and AI products and testing viability, feasibility, and desirability.
• Commercial expertise in pre-sales, engagement structuring, unit economics, monetization, and account expansion.
• Ability to operate at company, portfolio, and product levels and translate strategy into measurable roadmaps.
• Ability to advise clients on customer-centric product organizations and product management best practices.
• Fluency using AI tools and platforms across research, discovery, prototyping, specification, testing, and analytics.

Professional Qualifications

• Experience working with C-suite executives and senior client leadership across technology, product, business, and transformation.
• Experience with consultative selling and trusted-advisor relationship development.
• Strong storytelling, negotiation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Interest in representing the practice at conferences, industry panels, or publications.
• A collaborative builder mindset suited to establishing a new business and working with multidisciplinary teams.
