Role overview

Core responsibilities

• Run concept sprints with executives, product managers, and designers to create scoped and testable product bets.
• Shape technical narratives, proposals, pitches, commercial delivery approaches, and technical scope.
• Set prototype direction and define the evidence required from AI-powered prototypes.
• Own production-ready architecture, delivery systems, testing, observability, security, and privacy by design.
• Advise stakeholders, facilitate executive workshops, present to steering committees, and shape new opportunities.
• Pair with engineers, review code, mentor colleagues, and create reusable delivery practices.

Technical qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, working knowledge of the other, and production experience in another language.
• Hands-on experience with major LLM providers, RAG, vector databases, and agent frameworks.
• Proficiency in AI evaluation, golden datasets, LLM-as-judge patterns, tracing, and cost monitoring.
• Active use of AI-assisted development tools and rapid prototyping platforms.
• Deep expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and automated CI/CD.
• Experience with APIs, event-driven streaming, microservices, and enterprise legacy-system integration.
• Experience with modern data platforms and orchestration tools for AI workloads.
• Capability to build React or Next.js prototypes and apply modern engineering practices.
• Experience with complex regulatory environments, security, and privacy by design.

Working in KSA

• The role is anchored in Riyadh and works across ambitious digital initiatives in government, financial services, energy, retail, and the public sector.
• Expect regulated-industry delivery, data-residency requirements under Saudi PDPL, and regular time at Riyadh and other GCC client sites.
• The role involves roughly 40% regional travel and occasional global travel for team gatherings, pursuits, and knowledge sharing.
• Arabic proficiency is an asset but not a strict requirement.
