- 8+ years in client facing ICT consultancy, with major GCC building projects
- Expert level knowledge across structured cabling, wired/wireless networks, AV and BMS/IoT
- Solid commercial head comfortable scoping, pricing and managing work to budget
- Experience contributing to business development activities, building client relationships, and helping shape and win bids
- Confidence to converse on cyber and OT security and lead specialist resource
- Collaborative approach and credibility to act as a trusted adviser
- BICSI RCDD certification is highly regarded
- Experience delivering major GCC projects is essential

Role Overview
- We're hiring a Principal Consultant ICT to help lead and grow ESSURA's ICT practice across the UK and MENA.
- This is a senior, hands on role with real scope to shape how we work.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ICT design from concept through to commissioning
- Play a key part on the commercial side scoping and pricing engagements, helping keep projects on budget, supporting client relationships, and turning client RfPs into strong, winning proposals.
What You Bring
- 8+ years in client facing ICT consultancy, with major GCC building projects behind you
- Expert level knowledge across structured cabling, wired/wireless networks, AV and BMS/IoT
- A solid commercial head comfortable scoping, pricing and managing work to budget
- Experience contributing to business development activities, building client relationships, and helping shape and win bids
- The confidence to converse on cyber and OT security and lead specialist resource including sub contractors in delivery
- A collaborative approach and the credibility to act as a trusted adviser to clients and project teams
- BICSI RCDD certification is highly regarded
- Experience delivering major GCC projects is essential
