Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Make decisions within defined parameters on administrative issues of medium to high complexity.
- Manage the full life cycle of assigned HR processes.
- Maintain physical or digital employee files.
- Submit HR system update tickets for employee data, salary changes, promotions, and employment details.
- Review and approve payroll claims and submit HR and payroll system update tickets.
- Resolve employee queries related to general HR matters, payroll, and timesheets.
- Generate offer letters, employment verification, salary, and promotion letters.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including orientations, exit interviews, benefit enrollment and exits, and system updates.
- Coordinate meetings, track progress, report results, and manage HR data.
- Prepare complex HR reports and metrics.
- Support HR initiatives and work with Global People Services on issue resolution and improvements.
- Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Essential Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four to six years of administrative experience, including at least three years in HR administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships, exercise discretion, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong urgency, problem-solving ability, multitasking capability, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Alfresco.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
