Responsibilities And Tasks
- Contribute to and help implement a global strategic account plan for a GPU, CPU, and AI platform customer in partnership with the broader sales team, with primary ownership of embedded, robotics, automotive, client, and consumer-focused opportunities.
- Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships and a comprehensive global relationship map across business, engineering, architecture, procurement, operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Manage and advance assigned portions of a multi-product opportunity pipeline spanning embedded memory, graphics memory, LPDRAM, managed NAND, SSDs, automotive and industrial-grade solutions, client platform solutions, consumer device solutions, and other emerging AI-at-the-edge memory and storage opportunities with strong forecast accuracy and CRM discipline.
- Support achievement of quarterly revenue, gross margin, design-win, qualification, and share objectives in coordination with the account team and aligned to BU and corporate goals.
- Identify and develop new strategic sales opportunities tied to AI-enabled embedded systems, robotics platforms, automotive compute, infotainment and ADAS architectures, client platforms, consumer AI devices, memory bandwidth and capacity requirements, storage performance needs, and customer platform shifts.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, FAEs, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance, and Pricing teams to align customer requirements with Micron solutions, supply commitments, commercial terms, and execution plans.
- Help drive internal alignment on roadmap, qualification, supply, pricing, and escalation topics so the account team can position Micron as a trusted technology and business partner.
- Provide customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends across embedded, robotics, automotive, client, consumer, and broader AI platform segments to support business planning, investment decisions, and long-term growth strategies.
