Principal Engineering Program Manager

10 to 15 years of experience in Program / Technical Program Management

Strong communication skills with ability to influence without authority

Experience working with distributed global teams

Certifications: CISM, PMP, AWS

Experience managing end-to-end execution of complex programs that span multiple engineering teams through the Software or Hardware lifecycle

Experience with technologies such as virtualization, compute, storage, migration, capacity and Cloud Solutions

Experience understanding technical architecture and design aspects in Infrastructure and Application space

Experience managing programs with remote/distributed teams

PMP, CSM, CSPO or any other relevant certification in related space will be added advantage

Knowledge or exposure to LEAN, Six Sigma, KANBAN

A bachelor's degree in computer science or information science or related field education/experience
