Principal Digital Design Engineer About the Role As a Principal Digital Design Engineer, you will drive technical strategy and innovation for complex digital systems, including System on Chips (SoCs). You'll define product and technology roadmaps, lead architecture for mission-critical projects, and serve as a technical authority within the organization. This position requires exceptional expertise across multiple domains and the ability to influence business direction while mentoring and developing technical talent. Key Responsibilities
Define product and technology strategy for digital design initiatives
Lead architecture development for complex SoCs and digital systems
Drive innovation and advancement in design methodologies
Mentor and develop technical talent across the organization
Influence business direction through technical expertise and market insight
Engage with customers and industry partners at a strategic level
Represent ADI as a technical authority in industry forums
Must Have Skills
Technical Strategy: Visionary capability to define and drive technical strategy for digital design
Innovation Leadership: Exceptional ability to drive innovation in digital design approaches and solutions
SoC Architecture: Authority in complex SoC architecture design and implementation
