Electronic Engineering degree with 10+ years’ experience as an analog/mixed signal IC designer.
Deep and demonstrable expertise in power‐management circuit design, including switching regulators, LDOs, charge pumps, and associated control‐loop architectures (required core competency, not optional).
Design experience with circuits such as amplifiers, DACs, ADCs, bandgaps, bias circuits, etc., is an advantage.
Strong people leadership, inter-personal, teamwork and communication skills are required to work well within a multi-site cross functional team.
The successful candidate will be expected to take a full cell or system ownership role and contribute to the development of new products from architecture selection to implementation and debug.
Experience integrating power‐management and analog blocks into complex SoCs or microcontroller systems is a strong advantage.
Some limited travel should be expected.
The pay range for this position in Italy is €69,300 to €100,350 (base salary)
This range may change if you are hired in another location. The stated range may be inclusive of several levels within this role and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role who are not located in the primary location may request the applicable pay range for their location during the interview process if an alternative location is an option.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus, the criteria for which are based on company factors and will be shared during the recruitment process.
This role may also be eligible for variable compensation, paid annual leave, and supplemental benefits as applicable under local policy and the terms and conditions of employment.
