Core Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and enforce information-management strategy, standards, and procedures and assure compliance.
  • Ensure technical competence standards and monitor competence levels across information management, document control, data management, and record management.
  • Establish functional requirements for information-management systems and tools and coordinate with IT and software vendors.
  • Align information-management and document-management procedures with project execution strategies.
  • Lead implementation of information-management and document-management systems and tools.
  • Develop and implement workshare strategies within information and document management.
  • Advise on technical direction, processes, and technologies supporting digital services.
  • Coordinate with project management on operational decisions and customer expectations.
  • Identify and manage execution risks for information-management, document-management, and digital-systems projects.
  • Maintain high ethical standards and social responsibility during digital transition.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree qualified or equivalent.
  • Significant experience in operationally focused senior-management roles within a complex international organization.
  • Deep understanding of relevant markets and experience coordinating multinational teams and multiple disciplines.
  • Proven stakeholder relationships, safety-culture implementation, and integration of diverse management areas.
  • Ability to influence performance and culture through excellent communication.
  • Knowledge of information and document management, digital-transition trends, and current or emerging related technologies.
  • Familiarity with standards and initiatives such as CFIHOS and BIM ISO 19650 is desirable.
  • Knowledge of strategic commercial models, corporate governance, decision-making, and changing regulatory and economic environments.
