Senior Project Manager – SAP Transformation Position: Senior Project Manager – SAP S/4 HANA Migration Experience Required: 13+ years in Project/Program Management SAP Experience: 8+ years leading SAP S/4HANA migrations (ECC → S/4 Private/Public Cloud) or Greenfield implementations Role Overview The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, including ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations. The PM ensures delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Lead SAP S/4HANA migration programs ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Define project charter, scope, WBS, governance, RAID logs, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to KPIs—scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources.
Drive steering committee updates and stakeholder alignment.
Lead SAP migration activities including discovery, fit-gap, build, deployment.
Manage integrations, data migration, SIT/UAT cycles.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
Own change control for scope, timeline, and budgets.
Lead global cross-functional teams and vendors.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, SOWs, and vendor performance.
Oversee cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.
Required Skills 13+ years of project/program management experience. 8+ years SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation experience.
Strong expertise in SAP Activate and SAP lifecycle.
Excellent governance, planning, budgeting, reporting.
Strong understanding of integrations and data migration.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
