Principal Developer, Agentic AI

• Experience designing multi-agent, Supervisor Agent, or research-oriented AI systems.
• Experience with graph-based orchestration frameworks and cloud-hosted generative AI services.
• Experience with multiple commercial LLM providers.
• Experience building shared platforms used by several product teams.
• Experience with micro-frontends and AI functionality embedded across a product portfolio.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, audit, safety controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with distributed tracing and AI observability platforms.
• Experience defining internal developer platforms, reference architectures, and migration programs.

• Hands-on and comfortable moving from architecture to implementation
• Opinionated but evidence-driven
• Focused on simplifying complex systems without forcing unnecessary rewrites
• Experienced in balancing delivery speed with security and platform quality
• Comfortable making trade-offs across model quality, latency, cost, and reliability
• Able to communicate effectively with engineers, product leaders, security teams, and executives
