Role Purpose
Lead consulting delivery and advise clients on solutions that achieve clear business value.
The role may include team leadership, delivery quality, internal compliance, sales opportunity support, and client relationship management.
Consulting Execution
- Manage consulting projects, teams, workstreams, budgets, quality, client expectations, issue management, and delivery assurance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients and coordinate resources across expertise areas.
- Coach and mentor consultants and client staff while maintaining strong delivery and communication.
- Keep statements of work, project administration, and internal compliance activities up to date.
Business Development
- Identify leads, convert opportunities into proposals, and build relationships with client contacts at buying level.
- Lead or support sales meetings, proposal development, RFP/RFI responses, and consulting pursuits.
- Use client relationships and competitive intelligence to grow Wipro's consulting footprint.
Thought Leadership
- Develop insights and points of view on industry and technology trends.
