Responsibilities
- Lead end to end digital onboarding, KYC/KYB, customer lifecycle and compliance transformation initiatives
- Drive conversion of manual and offline processes into digital self service and Straight Through Processing (STP) journeys
- Design digital onboarding journeys leveraging eKYC, Emirates ID, biometrics, OCR, AML screening, sanctions screening and risk scoring
- Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Fraud and Technology teams to define future state operating models
- Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, customer journey maps and solution blueprints
- Lead process re engineering initiatives to improve customer experience, efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Identify automation opportunities using AI, workflow platforms and intelligent document processing solutions
- Support strategic initiatives across Wallet, Payments, Lending, Universal Account and Digital Banking domains
- Lead UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and acceptance criteria
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming and release readiness
- Define and monitor KPIs including onboarding conversion, STP rates, turnaround time and operational efficiency
- Provide mentorship and leadership to business analysts and project teams
Requirements
- Experience leading end to end digital onboarding, KYC/KYB, customer lifecycle and compliance transformation initiatives
- Ability to design digital onboarding journeys leveraging eKYC, Emirates ID, biometrics, OCR, AML screening, sanctions screening and risk scoring
- Experience developing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, customer journey maps and solution blueprints
- Experience leading process re engineering initiatives to improve customer experience, efficiency and regulatory compliance
- Ability to identify automation opportunities using AI, workflow platforms and intelligent document processing solutions
- Experience leading UAT activities and ensuring delivered solutions meet business requirements
- Experience driving Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming and release readiness
- Ability to define and monitor KPIs including onboarding conversion, STP rates, turnaround time and operational efficiency
- Experience providing mentorship and leadership to business analysts and project teams
- Ability to present recommendations, business cases and transformation roadmaps to senior management
