Job Summary
The ServiceNow Principal Architect partners with business, product, IT, and ServiceNow teams to gather user stories and design solutions.
The role focuses on functional architecture, business analysis, process improvement, automation, and ServiceNow capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and optimization opportunities.
- Own high-level and low-level designs from functional and business perspectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Support project plans, timelines, management reports, and presentations.
- Recommend continuous improvements using ServiceNow capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow configuration, basic scripting, and integration capabilities.
- Strong functional experience with Service Portals or ESC, Virtual Agent AI, Predictive Intelligence, Workspace, and Process Automation playbooks.
