Design and engineer innovative AI-powered solutions with customer or user experience at their core.

AI engineering responsibilities
- Define AI engineering strategy, architecture, design patterns, and guardrails for secure, resilient, observable, production-ready solutions.
- Lead AI-powered tooling and agent capabilities across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership for the Lending AI Agent Platform and its core services.
- Develop evaluation, benchmarking, testing, and model lifecycle capabilities.
- Drive context engineering, governance controls, and deployment automation for trusted AI solutions.
Required experience
- Significant software engineering, software or database design, and architecture experience.
- Strong experience developing software in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Experience leading software development teams in a matrix structure and executing technical strategies.
- Significant experience with test-driven development and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience engineering AI-agent feedback loops, verification loops, guardrails, telemetry, and safe termination criteria.
- Proven experience designing and implementing multi-agent workflows using frontier LLMs and orchestration patterns.
Technical capabilities
- Expert understanding of emerging technologies, engineering practices, and industry trends.
- Best-practice experience across scalability, automation, optimization, availability, and performance.
- Ability to translate product and business requirements into effective technical solutions.
