Role Overview
NatWest Group is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Analyst at senior analyst level.
The role is based in India and requires normal working days to be carried out in India.
The position focuses on customer query resolution, transaction investigation, and operational process improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate customer queries and understand customer needs to deliver successful outcomes.
- Liaise with customers and businesses to collect accurate information and resolve queries.
- Respond promptly to customer queries within service targets.
- Authorize and investigate transactions.
- Collect and analyze information from customers and businesses.
- Review processes that could be automated or enhanced to improve customer and business experience.
Skills You’ll Need
- Strong customer service abilities and knowledge of customers and the industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver to deadlines.
- Awareness of changes in trends, policies, and regulations.
- Understanding of the organization’s industry and its customers.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships.
