About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver one to one tutoring sessions in person
- Assess students' academic levels and develop personalized learning plans
- Use engaging and interactive teaching methods to improve student understanding and performance
- Support students in developing literacy, numeracy, reading comprehension, spelling, and problem solving skills
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and management
- Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, and assessments
- Foster a positive, encouraging and motivating learning environment
- Maintain professional communication with parents regarding student progress and goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or tutoring primary aged students
- Strong knowledge of phonics instruction and early literacy development
- Familiarity with British Curriculum (preferred); knowledge of other international curricula is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to build rapport with children and parents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- UAE teaching or tutoring experience is preferred

Job Overview
- Private Home Tutoring for Primary Students.
- We are seeking passionate and experienced Primary Tutors specializing in Phonics, English and Mathematics for young learners.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of primary education curricula, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging lessons tailored to each student's learning needs.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule
- MONDAY TO THURSDAY: 3:30 PM TO 8:00 PM
- FRIDAY: 1:30 PM TO 7:30 PM
- SATURDAY: 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM
Compensation
- Pay: AED4,000.00 AED5,000.00 per month
- Transportation will be provided
