About the Role
GetYourTutors is seeking a passionate Primary Tutor specializing in Phonics, English, and Mathematics for one-to-one in-person tutoring in Dubai. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience teaching primary students, strong phonics knowledge, and excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Deliver one to one tutoring sessions in person
- Assess students' academic levels and develop personalized learning plans
- Use engaging and interactive teaching methods to improve student understanding and performance
- Support students in developing literacy, numeracy, reading comprehension, spelling, and problem solving skills
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and management
- Prepare lesson materials, worksheets, and assessments
- Foster a positive, encouraging and motivating learning environment
- Maintain professional communication with parents regarding student progress and goals
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching or tutoring primary aged students
- Strong knowledge of phonics instruction and early literacy development
- Familiarity with British Curriculum (preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to build rapport with children and parents
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- UAE teaching or tutoring experience (preferred)

Salary and Benefits
- Pay: AED3,500.00 AED5,000.00 per month
- TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED
Schedule
- SUMMER TIMINGS: MONDAY TO THURSDAY 10:00 AM TO 4:00 PM
- FRIDAY 1:30 PM TO 7:30 PM
- SATURDAY 10:00 AM TO 6:00 PM
