About the Role

  • This role supports the development and execution of pricing strategies across the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Responsible for maintaining pricing databases, monitoring competitor movements, and preparing analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the MEA master price list, ensuring accuracy, version control, and timely distribution.
  • Process price change requests, discount approvals, and special pricing cases in line with defined rules.
  • Maintain pricing records, documentation, and audit trails to support pricing governance.
  • Support implementation of pricing structures in ERP/SAP and verify system pricing accuracy.
  • Conduct regular market price surveys and competitor benchmarking across MEA markets.
  • Collect and consolidate pricing intelligence from sales subsidiaries, distributors, and external sources.
  • Track currency movements, cost changes, and market dynamics affecting price positioning.
  • Prepare competitor price comparison reports and highlight risks or opportunities.
  • Prepare regular pricing reports covering price realization, margin performance, and volume trends.
  • Analyze impact of price changes, promotions, and discounts on sales performance and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain pricing dashboards and analytical tools.
  • Support ad hoc pricing simulations, scenario analysis, and business cases.

Sales & Stakeholder Support

  • Respond to pricing queries from MEA sales subsidiaries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare data driven pricing justifications to support key customer negotiations.
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on pricing execution.
  • Support roll out and communication of pricing policies, guidelines, and updates across the region.

We're looking for someone with

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling); Power BI, SAP preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, sales analysis, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills with ability to present data and insights clearly.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced, multicultural environment.
