- Handle day to day import and export shipment operations (Air, Sea, and Land)
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, warehouses, and overseas agents
- Monitor shipments from booking to final delivery
- Prepare competitive quotations for Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Land Transportation
- Negotiate rates with vendors and service providers
- Maintain and update freight rate databases
- Support sales team with timely pricing and tender submissions
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide shipment tracking
Requirements
- 5 10 years of experience in freight forwarding operations and pricing
- Experience with air, sea, and land shipments
- Strong negotiation and communication skills

- Prepare shipment status reports and MIS as required
- Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents
- Prepare competitive quotations for Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Land Transportation
