Role Overview
Develop and implement pricing strategies for the Personal Lines portfolio across the UAE and Bahrain.
Use technical model outputs, market insights, and portfolio inputs to recommend pricing strategies.
Balance technical, commercial, and regulatory considerations when making pricing decisions.
Work with underwriting, portfolio, finance, risk management, actuarial, data engineering, and IT teams.
Support regulatory pricing reports, product registration, and research and development of pricing capabilities.
The role reports to the Head of Product Pricing & Portfolio.

Role Summary
Develop and implement pricing strategies for the Personal Lines portfolio across the UAE and Bahrain.
Use technical model outputs, market insights, and portfolio inputs to recommend pricing strategies.
Balance technical, commercial, and regulatory considerations when making pricing decisions.
Work with underwriting, portfolio, finance, risk management, actuarial, data engineering, and IT teams.
Support regulatory pricing reports, product registration, and research and development of pricing capabilities.
The role reports to the Head of Product Pricing & Portfolio.
Pricing Strategy and Models
- Recommend go-to-market pricing strategies for the Personal Lines portfolio using technical models, market insights, and portfolio inputs.
- Build and maintain GLM and machine learning burn cost pricing models with minimum bias procedures and suitable frequency and severity distributions.
- Overlay strategic and commercial considerations on technical outputs to produce final pricing recommendations.
- Assist with pricing and development of new products across the UAE and Bahrain.
