Overview
- Oversee press operations, ensuring efficient and safe production runs, maximizing output while adhering to quality standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of press operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment reliability through proactive maintenance.
- Monitor and control material usage, minimizing waste and optimizing the use of consumables, contributing to cost-effectiveness.
- Supervise and coordinate all operators for billit preparation and press machine (cutting, machining, billet preparation, heating, expanding, extrusion, tool management, and material handling) to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production flow.
