Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of tube tooling, from procurement and calibration to maintenance and disposal, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
- Develop and implement rigorous inspection and testing protocols to verify tool accuracy, integrity, and compliance with production specifications.
- Manage the inventory of all tube tooling, including tracking usage, wear patterns, and scheduling preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to understand tooling needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and product quality.
