Performs set-ups and operates various types of machinery including but not limited to saws, lasers, press brakes, tube lasers, shears, and automated bend cells.
Ensures quality of product by meeting engineering specifications.
Completes mechanical assembly as instructed/trained.
Programs machines to execute functions.
Completes preventative maintenance tasks.

Ability to operate one to three different types of machinery.
Basic troubleshooting of equipment and part configuration to ensure quality compliance with minimal assistance.
Ability to flex to operate on trained machines when necessary.
Understanding mechanical drawings preferred.
Ability to operate hand tools required.
Understands angles and the use of a protractor preferred.
Ability to read calibration equipment including but not limited to micrometers and calipers preferred.
Able to pass math and measurements assessment.
Ability to read a tape measure within 1/16”.
Basic data entry computer skills and the ability to print documents.
Company issued forklift and crane certifications may be required.
Must have basic reading and writing skills in the English language
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.).
Able to convert decimals to fractions and fractions to decimals.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Successful completion of 60-day probationary period.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year manufacturing machinery experience preferred.
