Presales Solution Architect | Operations Support & RFP Management | Bengalore | Engineering | Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Presales Solution Architect to lead solution design, managed services proposals, and RFP/RFI responses for Operations Support engagements. The individual will partner with sales, delivery, engineering, and customer stakeholders to develop competitive, scalable, and cost-effective solutions that align with client business objectives.

Engage with sales teams and customers to understand business requirements and operational challenges.

Design end-to-end managed service and operations support solutions.

Develop service delivery models, operating procedures, support structures, and transition plans.

Create solution architectures covering people, process, technology, governance, and SLAs.

Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution presentations.

Lead end-to-end response management for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

Analyze customer requirements and compliance criteria.

Coordinate with SMEs, delivery teams, finance, legal, and operations to prepare winning responses.

Develop technical, operational, and commercial sections of proposals.
