Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide presales technical support across products and solutions and cooperate with sales teams on customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely, at customer locations, or at suitable facilities.
• Build multi-product proof-of-concept solutions for customer evaluations.
• Map customer requirements to solutions, address technical and competitive objections, and support deal closure.
• Use consultative selling to assess product capabilities and validation.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers and represent the brand and its technologies.
• Deliver partner training and enablement sessions.
• Maintain relevant skills and certifications and stay current with new and competitive technologies.

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science or a related engineering subject.
• At least two years of proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer.
• Good oral and written English communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills in workshop-driven sessions.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities under pressure, and work as a self-starter.
• Client-focused attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of enterprise servers, storage, and client portfolios from major vendors.
