About the Role
As a Presales Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting sales teams by combining technical expertise with strong customer engagement.
You will collaborate closely with internal and partner sales colleagues to drive successful outcomes and deliver value to customers.
This role requires a customer-first mindset, the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly solutions, and the autonomy to manage technical support activities across accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of ClickShare products
- Provide pre-sales technical support, product education, and demo assistance to internal and partner sales teams
- Support the preparation of tender documents in collaboration with sales teams
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for key customers and prospects, supporting them on technical matters
- Create, manage, and execute support contracts
- Collaborate with sales teams to plan and organise sales opportunities
- Manage customer relationships by collecting and logging client feedback
- Analyse and interpret customer requirements and determine optimal solutions in collaboration with Product Management
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business, and communicate findings to management
