- Familiar with smart home products and solutions; able to accurately grasp customer needs, efficiently coordinate with product and R&D teams, and systematically organize presales materials and customized solutions.
- Channel Management & Development: Analyze industry channel development trends and formulate effective channel strategies; provide multi-dimensional resource support (sales, technology, products, etc.) for channel partners, maintain efficient communication, collaborate to promote product marketing and service implementation, and continuously collect market and customer
- demand information. Meanwhile, actively expand channel resources in line with the company's marketing strategy, select high-quality channel partners, and formulate and promote the implementation of channel cooperation plans.
- Training & Empowerment: Dig deep into customer needs and pain points, and conduct localized channel empowerment work combined with regional market characteristics to enhance the comprehensive service capabilities of channel partners.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Continuously track industry trends and related product solutions, conduct competitor analysis and comparisons, dynamically assess the market competitive landscape, and effectively empower sales and product teams with analysis results to support business decisions and strategy optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in relevant majors such as Languages, International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, and Electronics.
- Over 5 years of overseas sales experience, with more than 3 years of hands-on experience in overseas localized operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, keen market insight, and strong adaptability.
- Relevant experience and technical background in security and smart home industries, with technical appreciation ability.
- Strong sense of purpose and self-drive.
- Preferred nationality: We prioritize candidates of Chinese nationality.
