Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a Premier client portfolio of ~350 primary clients, accountable for portfolio performance and income delivery
- Acquire, develop, and retain high value Premier relationships; grow wallet share and deliver profit growth
- Deliver expert financial planning and needs based advice through regular client reviews
- Provide consistently excellent client service and experience using tools and channels effectively
- Leverage HSBC’s network and collaborate across businesses; make referrals to GBM/GPB and coach junior RMs
- Maintain strong risk, compliance, and operational integrity; adhere to internal controls and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven and progressive financial services experience including relationship management managing high net worth client portfolios
- Evidence of strong client recommendation and sales results in wealth products
- Expert knowledge in financial planning and wealth products
- Sound knowledge of macroeconomics/microeconomics/local market developments
- Expert knowledge of external regulatory framework relevant to wealth management
- SCA accredited within 6 months upon joining (ICWIM level 3 & UAE Financial Rules & Regulations)
- Graduation degree essential for UAE visa and work permit; attestation/equivalency if from outside UAE

Role Overview
